Description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung

 Summary:

As a key contributor to a rapidly expanding team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing operations, managing critical account onboarding processes, and leading impactful projects that directly influence the trajectory of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Ramp up projects to launch new builder communities and own the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts, managing, tracking, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to execute all setup steps in a timely manner
- Create, document, and manage all tasks within the onboarding process, utilizing strong project management skills to ensure on-time execution
- Ensure accuracy and process adherence across stakeholders on all new account documentation, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties to gather and submit required information accurately
- Manage cross-functional projects by defining owners and timelines, and holding responsible parties accountable for meeting deadlines and requirements
- Verify that processes and procedures for operational execution meet contractual, program, and policy expectations
- Document process flows and account behavior for end-to-end workflows to share with the extended team
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvement and innovation opportunities in existing processes
- Perform root cause analyses and develop strategies to overcome identified issues
- Work cross-functionally to gain input, implement, and track improvement opportunities
- Manage projects for new customers, improvement initiatives, or other ad hoc projects as needed

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Clear and comprehensive knowledge of logistics and operations, particularly within construction site environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, customers, and third-party partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation

Experience:

- 6 or more years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or construction-related environments is highly valued

Qualifications:

- A university degree in operations, supply chain, or a related business field is a plus but not required
- Practical knowledge of logistics and construction site operations is considered more valuable than formal education credentials
