Description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung

 

Summary:


Schedule: Fully Onsite


Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Process Management
  • Oversee cross-functional operations related to pricing, sales, production, and distribution
  • Manage production and operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, procurement, finance, supply chain) to execute programs and initiatives
  • Support store layout planning, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Handle operational challenges calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Financial & Invoice Management
  • Validate and process invoices accurately; ensure proof of performance from vendors
  • Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable on timely payments
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Collaborate with procurement to onboard and finalize vendors
  • Create purchase orders in BQMS system
  • Proofread, execute, and maintain contracts and documentation
  • Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Request and track inventory using NERP system
  • Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams for timely deliveries
  • Forecast inventory requirements for product launches
  • Maintain accurate records in GSCM system
  • Administrative & Reporting Support
  • Prepare presentations (PowerPoint), reports (Word), and data files (Excel)
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and support workforce planning
  • Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required
  • People Management & Development
  • Supervise employees, assign work schedules, and monitor performance
  • Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training activities


Required Skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 1–2 years of administrative/operations support experience (minimum)
  • 5–7 years of overall professional experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Pay Range*: $32 - $38
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
