Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily eCommerce fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Monitor and analyze order data across systems to:
• Identify errors, risks, and inconsistencies
• Resolve issues and manage exceptions proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, supply chain, customer support, technical teams) to resolve:
• Customer, logistics, payment, and system-related issues
• Improve customer experience by: Identifying pain points in delivery and installation & Driving process and system improvements
• Develop order volume forecasts for logistics and capacity planning
• Track and improve KPIs to maintain operational performance
• Coordinate activities across departments (sales, production, distribution)
• Manage employees: Scheduling, hiring, training, and performance monitoring
• Support pricing, promotions, and operational planning
• Participate in meetings, client interactions, and problem resolution
• Handle operational challenges effectively under pressure

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred)
• 4+ years experience in eCommerce or fulfillment operations
• 5–7 years overall operations experience (strong profile)
• Experience with high-volume order management preferred
• Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Additional Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Good analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems

Additional Details:

• Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
• Duration: 6 Months
• Pay Range*: $32 - $37 Hr 
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
