Description
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung
Summary:
Creative & Campaign Management
- Lead digital merchandising strategies for product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Maintain a 52-week marketing calendar to support SMB initiatives
- Develop and implement campaign tracking systems and performance measurement frameworks
- Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, deliverables) and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Website Optimization
- Enhance website UX, navigation, and customer journey to drive conversion, CTR, and add-to-cart performance
- Manage and update online store content to ensure a visually appealing, current, and engaging experience
- Plan and execute site merchandising updates based on pricing, promotions, and inventory availability
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze website performance, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Use insights to continuously optimize site experience and merchandising strategies
Product Launches & Campaign Execution
- Execute digital merchandising plans for new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Partner with internal teams to identify and unlock new SMB campaign opportunities
- Ensure alignment with broader brand and marketing strategies
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Category Management, Marketing, Engineering, and B2B/HQ teams
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and post-mortem analyses to leadership
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing operations or digital merchandising
- Strong experience in eCommerce environments (retail experience preferred)
- Proven track record in process optimization and marketing technology management
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience driving eCommerce merchandising, campaigns, and revenue growth
- Knowledge of creative and copy development principles; ability to guide agencies and provide feedback
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and leadership teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Additional Details:
- Location: Plano, Texas
- Duration: 12 Months
- Pay Range*: $52 - $55
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
