Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung

 

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong creative and design background to lead the development and execution of brand-aligned marketing assets across global markets. This role combines creative direction, project management, and strategic marketing execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creative & Design Execution
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
  • Design and produce high-quality assets (logos, banners, videos, motion graphics, print materials, etc.) for digital, social, paid media, and web platforms.
  • Adapt creative formats for channel-specific requirements.
  • Project Management & Collaboration
  • Manage end-to-end creative projects from intake through delivery.
  • Conduct discovery and kickoff sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and align expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent execution.
  • Brand Governance & Asset Management
  • Submit designs for brand review and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Upload and maintain assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Support localization of creative content for regional markets.
  • Marketing Strategy & Operations
  • Support development of marketing strategies based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market conditions.
  • Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Use AI tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to design teams (if applicable).
  • Help streamline processes and improve collaboration across teams.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong creative thinking with expertise in visual design and storytelling
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with media production and content distribution techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Video Production, or related field

  • 7–8+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, or marketing
  • Proven experience managing creative projects and marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
  • Experience with AI tools for creative production
  • Understanding of global marketing localization strategies


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics or home entertainment industry
  • Advanced skills in video production and post-production
  • Experience leading or mentoring design teams
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing communications
  • Experience using AI for design automation and workflow optimization

 

Additional Details:

  • Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Pay Range*: $42 - $46
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
