Description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung

 

Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex cross-functional technology programs across global teams
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives
  • Drive portfolio planning, execution, prioritization, and resource coordination across multiple programs
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery from planning through production release
  • Coordinate cross-geography collaboration to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery momentum
  • Facilitate workshops, scrum-of-scrums, and steering committee meetings
  • Define program deliverables, milestones, timelines, and team accountability
  • Oversee multiple concurrent project teams and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports and executive-level updates
  • Maintain transparent stakeholder communication regarding priorities, timelines, resources, and risks
  • Leverage automation, AI tools, and data-driven insights to improve program operations and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–12 years of program/project management experience in software development environments
  • Proven experience managing programs across the full SDLC lifecycle
  • Strong experience with portfolio planning and execution of multiple concurrent programs
  • Hands-on collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, GitHub, and Confluence
  • Experience using automation, AI-assisted tools, and workflow optimization approaches
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Experience in AdTech environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital advertising, mobile, and/or Smart TV ecosystems
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered tools for project planning, risk management, or reporting automation
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
  • PMP certification preferred

Additional Details:

  • Location: 645 Clyde Avenue, Mountain View, CA, USA
  • Duration: 12 Months 
  • Pay Range*: $80 - $85 Per hr. 
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
