Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to support key financial operations during a critical period. This role is responsible for managing essential financial tasks, including retail operating expense reporting, budget requests, system approvals, invoice validation, and expense forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial operations, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze Retail OpEx reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies
- Monitor and track OpEx expenses, identifying trends and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in preparing and submitting budget requests for Retail OpEx
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of system approval requests
- Validate and approve invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Develop and maintain OpEx expense forecasts to support financial planning
- Validate expense data to ensure accuracy and alignment with budgetary goals
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial systems, processes, and expense management best practices
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or expense management
- Experience in Retail OpEx reporting or similar financial roles preferred
- Familiarity with company-specific financial systems and processes preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
