Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to provide exceptional high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the seamless operation of their office while facilitating effective communication and coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and other confidential documents
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
Skills:
- Strong administrative support and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Business-level bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in a corporate or executive office setting preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and software preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Korean, are strongly preferred
